Position: HR Executive
Location: Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
Qualification: MBA in HR (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Must have strong experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Coordinate interviews, screening, and candidate shortlisting
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities
- Support management in HR operations and policy implementation
- Conduct performance follow-ups and employee coordination
- Handle payroll coordination and basic compliance support
- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions
- Professional personality with good coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR software/tools
Candidate Requirements
- MBA in HR is mandatory
- Must be from Tricity region
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Prior experience in Non-IT hiring is compulsory
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
