Job Summary
The Shri Ram Wonder Years is looking for a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist/Admin Executive to manage the front office, handle parent interactions, and provide administrative support for the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome parents, visitors, and students with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain student records, files, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events.
- Support admission inquiries and guide prospective parents.
- Handle fee-related documentation and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain attendance records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with teachers and management for day-to-day operations.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and organized.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Admin Executive (school experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and courteous attitude.

- Experience in the education/school sector.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
