Mtoag Technologies is hiring an HR Executive to support our growing team. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, attendance & leave management, and general HR administration while ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and company career pages.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries.

Coordinate induction programs and employee engagement activities.

Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance documentation.

Support performance review cycles and employee feedback processes.

Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor law guidelines.

Act as a point of contact between management and employees on HR matters.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (IT industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS tools.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
