Summary
Mboss Lexon LLP is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and legal team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, travelling across Kerala, and representing a professional organisation with confidence. Success in this position looks like a growing, well-maintained client network and seamless coordination between client needs and legal delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Establish connections with law colleges, educational institutions, government authorities, and corporate bodies
- Monitor and participate in legal tenders and firm empanelment opportunities
- Travel across Kerala and, when needed, other parts of India for client meetings and business engagements
- Coordinate seminars, webinars, workshops, and courses connected to Mboss Academy and allied institutions
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the legal team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support client onboarding, follow-ups, and maintenance of client records
- Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives and professional network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, professional, and client-friendly approach
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala and India
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, independent working style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools
