Job Overview
SR Global Facility Management is hiring a Sales Manager for our manpower supply business to generate new clients in both private and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities (B2B sales)
- Acquire clients from corporate and government sectors
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal team for manpower deployment
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B / field sales
- Experience in manpower, staffing, or service industry preferred
- Good knowledge of manpower supply, security services, and labour handling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to travel locally
