Kerala On Leaf is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef who can bring authentic Kerala flavours to Jaipur.
Role
Prepare authentic Kerala dishes while maintaining consistency, quality, hygiene, and speed in the kitchen.
What We're Looking For
- Malayali or non-Malayali chef with strong experience in Kerala cuisine
- Expertise in preparing:
- Kerala Porotta
- Malabar Pathiri
- Veg Meals (Sadhya-style & daily meals)
- Fish Curries & Fish Fry
- Chicken Curry, Chicken Roast & other non-veg curries
- Veg Curries, Stews & Breakfast items (Appam, Puttu, Idiyappam, Dosa, etc.)
- Ability to maintain authentic taste and consistency
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Kerala restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchen
- Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Kerala dishes independently
- Willing to relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan (if applying from another city/state)
Compensation
- Starting salary: ₹30,000/month
- Higher salary offered based on experience, skills, and expertise.
