Job Title: Site Supervisor – Civil
Location: Noida Dadri Road (Preference for candidates residing nearby)
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Noida Dadri Road site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, quality control, and timely execution of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness
- Track material usage and report shortages or requirements
- Provide regular progress updates to management
- Ensure timelines are met and escalate delays if any
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site supervision
- 0–1 years of experience in construction/site work (freshers can be considered)
- Ability to handle labor and coordinate effectively
- Preference for candidates residing near Noida Dadri Road
- Practical, responsible, and proactive approach to work
Working Conditions:
- On-site role (full-time presence required)
- Immediate joining preferred
Note: Local candidates will be given priority due to site proximity.
