About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creation Executive to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and creating engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content, including reels, graphics, carousels, and posts.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Write creative captions and coordinate content publishing.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
- Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, and prepare basic performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in creating reels, graphics, and engaging social media content.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Work Schedule
- 4 Days Work from Office (WFO)
- 2 Days Work from Home (WFH)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
