About the Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, profitable, long-lasting relationships with the client.
This role connects with key business executives and stakeholders, responds to client queries, identifies, and generates new business opportunities with their allocated customer(s) customers. They are also to liaise with cross-functional internal teams (both Operations, Finance, and other Business Lines) to improve and expand the entire customer experience. .
Key responsibilities:

Secure business from existing and new customers

Respond to requests for proposals/quotes

Contribute to the development of the sales strategy

Manage your sales pipeline focusing on AV verticals

Meet financial sales targets.
Skills and Experience

Current driver’s license and white card
-
Experience with permanent installation of commercial audio-visual equipment
-
Independent, reliable and can work autonomously
-
Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills

Excellent customer service skills and able to establish great connections

Have a good work ethic and positive attitude.
