Job Summary
Watcon International is looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, Water Features, Swimming Pool, and related building services at project sites. The ideal candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and complete projects within the scheduled timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day MEP installation and execution at construction sites.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Swimming Pool, Water Body, and Pump Room works.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor subcontractors, technicians, and site workers to ensure quality and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Project Managers, Vendors, and Clients.
- Verify measurements and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve site issues related to MEP services.
- Attend site meetings and provide project progress updates.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, and successful handover of MEP systems.
- Maintain all site documentation, including work permits, inspection reports, and material records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. (Manatal)
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as an MEP Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Experience in Swimming Pools, Water Bodies, Fire Fighting Systems, Plumbing, Pump Rooms, Outdoor Landscaping, and MEP services will be preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and MEP layouts.
- Knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and quality standards.
