We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Academic Adviser to guide students in selecting suitable courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, counseling ability, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions
- Explain course details, fees, and placement support
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct meetings
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Support admission and documentation processes
- Maintain student records and daily reports
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in counseling, sales, or education field is an added advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
