Key Responsibilities
- Daily Site Management: Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors (e.g., masons, carpenters, bar benders) to ensure work adheres to blueprints and engineering specifications. [1, 2]
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of materials, formwork, and workmanship to ensure compliance with civil building codes and identify defects for immediate rectification. [1, 2]
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety rules, mandate the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), conduct daily toolbox talks, and implement approved accident protocols. [1, 2]
- Resource & Inventory Management: Track the stock of building materials (cement, steel, bricks), request supplies, minimize wastage, and maintain accurate logs of daily labor attendance. [1, 2]
- Progress Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports for Project Managers, detailing milestones achieved, resource usage, and any on-site delays or conflicts
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
