- Supervise and manage finishing processes such as washing, dyeing, drying, stentering, calendaring, compacting, and packing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to customer specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to address defects and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime.
- Ensure proper handling of chemicals, dyes, and finishing agents.
- Train and guide operators and helpers for efficient workflow.
- Report daily production status, issues, and improvements to management.
