Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical and managerial leadership for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of public health interventions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and national health priorities. Lead the design and execution of strategies focused on maternal and child health, nutrition, adolescent health, disease prevention, health promotion, and community health systems strengthening. Coordinate with government health departments, district and block health officials, healthcare institutions, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and convergence. Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring quality delivery of activities, capacity building, and performance management. Oversee project monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and reporting, ensuring dataquality, timely reporting, and evidence-based program improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Experience in public health and social development projects. Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. Ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in project planning and monitoring tools.
Compensation
Salary: 60000 Rs.-80000. Rs
