Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Verbal Ability Faculty to train students preparing for CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) and IPMAT (Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test). The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, a passion for teaching, and the ability to motivate and mentor students in critical reading, verbal reasoning, grammar, and vocabulary building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and result-oriented sessions on:
- Reading Comprehension (RC)
- Critical Reasoning
- Vocabulary and Grammar
- Para Jumbles, Sentence Completion, Error Detection
- Verbal Logic (for IPMAT)
- Prepare and update content for classroom teaching, tests, and practice exercises.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and individual mentoring when required.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Assist in conducting mock tests and analyze results to guide students for improvement.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for seminars, webinars, and orientation sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and question trends of CLAT and IPMAT.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Journalism / Education / Law / Management or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching Verbal for competitive exams (preferred).
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CLAT and IPMAT syllabi and trends.
- Passion for teaching and student mentorship.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with reputed coaching institutes.
- Ability to teach both offline and online batches.
- Comfortable with using digital tools and smart classroom technologies.
