Job Title: Fire Door Production Incharge
Location: Reliance Met, Jhajjar (Accommodation provided)
You will lead the manufacturing team to produce high-quality, 120-minute fire-rated doors. Your main goal is to ensure every door meets strict safety standards (IS 3614 / UL) while hitting daily production targets.
Job and responsibilities:
- Supervise Production: Lead the shop floor in fabricating steel and wood fire doors.
- Quality Control: Ensure all doors pass the 2-hour fire-rating specs, including core density and intumescent seal placement.
- Machine Management: Oversee the use of CNC lasers, press brakes, and welding units.
- Safety Compliance: Keep the plant audit-ready for BIS and ISO inspections.
- Reporting: Track raw materials and manage daily output logs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in fire door or heavy sheet metal production.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of 120-minute fire-testing protocols.
- Skills: Ability to read technical blueprints and lead a team of 10+ workers.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
