Looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience in domestic and international ticketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings, fare calculations, itinerary management, and providing excellent customer support for travel-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
- Assist customers with travel itineraries, fare quotations, and ticketing queries.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and customers for smooth booking operations.
- Ensure accurate reservation and ticket issuance through GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Monitor ticket queues, schedule changes, and travel updates.
- Provide customers with travel policies, baggage information, and visa/travel guidelines when required.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer communications.
- Resolve customer complaints and ticketing issues professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve service quality standards and support sales targets.
- Stay updated with airline rules, fare structures, and travel regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
