Senior Business Analyst
UST is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives and system enhancements by working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support implementation of enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Develop user stories, process flow diagrams, and use cases to support development and implementation.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Process Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization efforts.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Management
- Act as a key liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
4. System Implementation & Support
- Support the design, testing, and deployment of new systems and application enhancements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and user training.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and consistent data flow across systems.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards for business insights and decision-making.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Proven ability to convert business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent.
