Responsibilities:-
Responsible for providing critical production support to RSBY, BPSSBY and AB-
SSBY Production cloud servers.
- Responsible to design, create and publish database/s on in-house data centre and cloud
servers.
- Responsible for maintenance plan for database backups and optimization.
- Created the backup and restore strategy for production, development, and test
environments.
- Involved in performance tuning using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler, and Index
tuning wizards.
- Work on data mapping and conversion; manage disk space, change control and bug
fixes.
- Successfully migrated over 180 MS Access databases to SQL 2008 R2.
- Providing support for the application, which is running for State govt. and Central Govt.
Schemes, these applications working with Smart Card technology and E-Card
Technology!
- Supporting and Troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops, Projector, Printers issues.
- Support to end users for Hardware, software, and Applications (Like MS word, excel,
power point etc.) related issues.
