We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMC Helix / Remedy ITSM Consultant to join our enterprise infrastructure team in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management, support, customization, and optimization of our BMC Helix ITSM ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build automated workflows, design modern interfaces, and ensure high platform availability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Lead the implementation, development, configuration, and maintenance of core BMC Helix ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Smart IT).
- Customization & Workflow Design: Define and design automated workflows, approval processes, custom objects, and escalation rules within the Helix environment.
- Integrations: Design and support E2E integrations between BMC Helix and third-party tools utilizing REST APIs.
- CMDB & Discovery: Support and enhance CMDB design, data models, and discovery integrations to ensure overall data quality.
- Operational Excellence: Provide L2/L3 support, diagnose complex platform issues, and actively perform patch implementations or system upgrades.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate business operational requirements into scalable technical platform solutions
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
