Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Social Media: Design, build, and maintain the company's presence across social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram.
- Content Strategy: Brainstorm and create engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and ad copy, while collaborating with design teams to optimize landing pages.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, comparing metrics against established KPIs and ROI targets.
- Optimization: Identify customer trends and insights, optimize user funnels, and implement A/B testing to maximize conversion rates.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and monitor competitor activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Create Website and manage website
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for compelling copywriting and cross-team collaboration.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically requires 1-3 years of proven experience in a marketing or digital advertising role
