- During the 6-month probation period, you will begin your career as a Admin & Telecaller Based on your performance, commitment, technical aptitude, target achievements, lead generation performance, and overall contribution, you may be transferred to the Software Developer position upon successful completion of the probation period.
- While working as a Admin & Telecaller, you will receive specialized training designed to help you build the technical skills required for a successful career in Software Development.
- The opportunity to move into a Software Developer role will be based on your overall performance, commitment, contribution, target achievements, lead generation results, and successful completion of the training program during your tenure as a Admin & Telecaller.
Training & Service Commitment
- Candidates will undergo a 6-month Training/Probation period.
- During the probation period, submission of original certificates is mandatory to participate in the hands-on training program designed to facilitate a smooth transition into the Software Developer role.
- Submission of original 10th, 12th, Degree, and Provisional Certificates is mandatory from the date of joining until completion of the 11-month service commitment period.
- Employees will be required to serve a minimum period of 11 months from the date of joining.
- Training reimbursement terms are applicable as per company policy.
