Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise rooftop and commercial Solar PV installations
✅ Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
✅ Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution
✅ Conduct site surveys and monitor project progress
✅ Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
Requirements
✔ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Solar PV site execution
✔ Knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical wiring, inverters, earthing, and commissioning
✔ Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Willingness to travel across project sites in Karnataka
