Job Overview
We are looking for an SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage SEO campaigns, optimize content for AI-driven search engines, and run paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and a strong understanding of modern search trends including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Perform on-page SEO optimization
- Manage technical SEO improvements
- Execute off-page SEO activities and link-building campaigns
- Track rankings and SEO performance
AEO & GEO
- Optimize content for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI platforms
- Create FAQ structures and schema markup
- Improve content visibility in AI-generated search results
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization strategies
Google Ads
- Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns
- Monitor conversions and optimize campaign performance
- Conduct keyword and audience research
- Improve ROI and lead generation
Meta Ads
- Manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Create audience segments and retargeting campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
LinkedIn Ads
- Create and manage B2B lead generation campaigns
- Optimize targeting and lead quality
- Track campaign performance and reporting
Reporting
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements
- Track KPIs across SEO and paid media campaigns
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and paid advertising
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of technical SEO concepts
- Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with WordPress websites
- Experience with conversion tracking setup
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
- Understanding of landing page optimization
