Admission Telecaller / Education Counsellor
Location: Client Office, Bengaluru

Languages: Kannada and English mandatory
We are looking for an Admission Telecaller / Education Counsellor to work from our education client’s office. The candidate will call incoming leads, explain course/program details, counsel students and parents, follow up regularly, and help convert enquiries into admissions.
Responsibilities
- Call assigned leads daily and explain course/program details.
- Counsel students and parents about eligibility, fees, admission process, and benefits.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
- Convert leads into walk-ins, applications, and admissions.
- Maintain daily lead status and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the college/client team for admission updates.
Requirements
- Must know Tamil and English.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, admissions, counselling, inside sales, or EdTech.
- Previous experience as an education/admission counsellor preferred.
- Good communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with targets and daily reporting.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
