- Send product introductions, quotations, catalogs, and promotional emails to international customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Manage email correspondence and update inquiry status reports.
- Respond to customer emails and ensure timely communication regarding orders and shipment status.
- Prepare reports, update Excel sheets, and maintain data in ERP systems.
- Handle day-to-day export documentation and administrative activities.
- Prepare and maintain Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Purchase Orders, and other export documents.
- Coordinate with customers for shipment execution
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
