Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations Management:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and store presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maximize sales.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
- Sales Performance:
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Store Manager in apparel/fashion retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
