Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests and updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer experience at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer handling experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Professional personality and customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
