About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage our patient coordination and customer support team. You will be responsible for leading a team of CROs, ensuring seamless patient journeys, and maintaining the high standards of our 18-year legacy brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the Customer Relations and Support team. Conduct daily briefings to align the team with branch targets.
- Patient Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end patient journey, from initial inquiry and appointment scheduling to post-procedure follow-ups.
- Customer Support Excellence: Act as a point of escalation for patient grievances. Ensure all queries (calls/walk-ins) are handled with extreme professionalism.
- Sales & Productivity: Assist the Branch Manager in hitting "productivity lines" by ensuring the team follows up diligently on the existing database.
- Operational Discipline: Ensure all patient data and software entries are 100% accurate. Monitor daily attendance and reporting protocols.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Doctors and Therapists to ensure a smooth transition of patients from consultation to procedure.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM/Clinic Management .
- A "mindsetter" attitude with a focus on professional refinement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
