Training & Development: Leadership and supervisory development for shift in-charges and plant managers. Tracking skill certifications and license renewals
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE / EHS) Support: Supporting accident investigations and corrective action plans. Maintaining medical surveillance and fitness records
Performance Management : Conducting performance appraisals for plant and office staff .Linking productivity, safety behaviour, and compliance to rewards
Industrial Relations & Employee Welfare : Handling grievances related to shifts, overtime, hazardous allowances
Negotiating wage settlements and shift patterns
Promoting employee welfare programs (canteen, transport, health insurance)
Compensation & Benefits Administration: Structuring hazard pay, shift allowances, overtime, retention bonuses
Managing statutory benefits (PF, ESIC, gratuity)
Benchmarking salaries with industry standards
Processing payroll accurately for shift-based workforce
Compliance & Legal Responsibilities :Ensuring compliance with Factories Act, Labour Laws ,Environmental & Safety Regulations
Handling audits and inspections by labour and safety authorities. Maintaining statutory registers and records
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
