We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage all store and inventory operations for our RDSS Project. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of project materials while ensuring accurate inventory control and timely material availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations for the RDSS project.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Issue materials to project sites as per approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of electrical materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, and Accounts teams for material planning and stock availability.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, stock reports, and inventory summaries.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience as a Store Incharge.
- Knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally (preferred).
- Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of electrical materials such as transformers, cables, conductors, poles, meters, switchgear, and accessories.
- Experience in handling project inventories.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
