Looking for enthusiastic, responsible and experienced Store Managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
The ideal candidate should possess strong customer handling skills, be comfortable managing store operations, and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Handle customer billing and cash transactions
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff
- Maintain daily sales and operational reports
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Coordinate with vendors for stock requirements
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain discipline and productivity among staff
- Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
