About the Role
Narayana e-Techno School is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Physics Teacher who can make concepts clear, practical, and engaging for students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to prepare students for academic excellence and competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons as per the school's academic curriculum.
- Explain Physics concepts clearly using practical examples, demonstrations, and experiments.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions and laboratory activities effectively.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, numerical-solving, and analytical skills.
- Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional academic support where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Prepare students for school examinations and competitive-level assessments.
- Track and maintain accurate records of students' academic progress.
- Collaborate with coordinators and other teachers for effective academic planning.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, training programs, and other academic activities.
Candidate Profile
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputed school/coaching institute is preferred.
- Strong command of Physics concepts and numerical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools and technology.
