About the Role
Ride.Rent is growing its network of suppliers across India, and we're looking for a Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding Executive to lead that effort. You'll be responsible for finding suppliers who want to list and grow their business on Ride.Rent, reaching out to them, educating them about our platform, and converting them into active, onboarded partners, while running acquisition campaigns across every Indian state.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and manage a structured database of prospective and active suppliers interested in joining Ride.Rent.
- Reach out to suppliers via phone, email, and chat to introduce and explain our products, services, and value proposition.
- Educate suppliers on how the platform works, the benefits of joining, commercial terms, and the onboarding process.
- Consistently follow up to nurture leads and convert them into active, onboarded suppliers.
- Plan and run supplier acquisition campaigns across all Indian states to attract and onboard new suppliers.
- Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health; maintain accurate records and report on key acquisition metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to improve the onboarding experience and remove blockers.
Requirements
- [2–5] years of experience in business development, supplier/vendor acquisition, partner onboarding, tele-sales, or inside/field sales, ideally in a marketplace, aggregator, or platform business.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach across phone, email, and chat.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in one or more regional Indian languages is a strong plus given the multi-state remit.
- Experience managing leads and maintaining clean databases (Excel/Google Sheets or a CRM tool).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently across a pan-India scope.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in mobility, ride/vehicle rental, logistics, or the two-/four-wheeler ecosystem.
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- An existing network of suppliers/vendors in the mobility or rental space.
Pay: ₹18,900.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
