About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing creative agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, building strong relationships, and bringing new projects to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the agency's services.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and events.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client servicing is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
