Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage projects from client consultation to final handover. The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, technical expertise in modular furniture, project management skills, and the ability to lead a design team while coordinating with production and site execution. Senior designers are typically expected to lead design delivery, oversee technical drawings, coordinate with vendors, and supervise teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Client Management
- Meet clients to understand requirements, lifestyle, functionality, and budget.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
- Develop space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and design concepts.
- Present 2D layouts, 3D renders, and material selections.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and design documentation.
- Convert client requirements into production-ready drawings.
Technical Design
- Prepare detailed working drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, office furniture, and customized furniture.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team regarding production drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with manufacturing standards.
- Review shop drawings before production.
Project Execution
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and installers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure execution matches approved designs.
- Resolve design and site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure timely project completion with high-quality finishes.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior designers.
- Review drawings and presentations prepared by the design team.
- Allocate projects and monitor progress.
- Maintain design quality and company standards.
Material & Vendor Coordination
- Select laminates, veneers, acrylics, hardware, lighting, fabrics, and accessories.
- Coordinate with suppliers for samples and specifications.
- Stay updated with new materials, trends, and hardware innovations.
Required Skills

- Strong understanding of modular furniture manufacturing.
- Knowledge of materials, hardware, lighting, and finishes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 4–8 years of experience in modular furniture and interior design.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Portfolio showcasing completed projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
