Position: HR Recruiter Intern
Location: Pune (Baner & Chinchwad)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This role provides excellent exposure to talent acquisition and recruitment processes across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Support recruiters in closing positions within stipulated timelines.
- Generate recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BMS, or any graduate pursuing/completed relevant studies.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is an added advantage.
