XIME is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Academic Associate to support academic governance, documentation, reporting, coordination, and internationalisation activities across its campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain academic documentation, compliance records, syllabi, rubrics, and attainment records.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Support accreditation and audit documentation, including IQAC-related activities.
- Maintain international partnership trackers, MOU records, and renewal timelines.
- Coordinate outreach for international partnerships, conferences, and academic events.
- Manage correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification or diploma in administration, education management, or a related field is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in academic administration, programme coordination, MIS, or a similar role.
- Experience in higher education or a multi-campus environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of NBA/IQAC or accreditation processes is an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word, and calendar tools.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
