Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce test automation, Selenium, and end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications. This role requires a quality-focused professional who can build robust automation frameworks and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Selenium.
- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT) as required.
- Validate Salesforce releases and ensure application quality across development, testing, and production environments.
- Identify, document, track, and resolve defects by working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD processes and contribute to continuous testing and quality improvements.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Strong experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Selenium Automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, releases, and testing best practices.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of test case management and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools is an advantage.
Work Authorization
- Open to candidates who can work on a Contract (C2C) basis.
