Job Summary
TrustWise Consultant is hiring a Junior Civil Engineer for a reputed partnered company in Indore (M.P.). The ideal candidate should knowledge & experience in site supervision, quantity estimation, AutoCAD drafting, quality control, and project coordination. The selected candidate will support civil works execution while ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
- Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preparation
- Site Supervision & Quality Control
- Reading & Interpreting Civil Drawings
- Basic Knowledge of Construction Materials & Methods
- MS Office (Excel, Word) – Mandatory
- Understanding of IS Codes & Safety Norms
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of civil construction activities.
- Prepare and update quantity estimates, BOQs, and material requirement statements.
- Create and modify AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship as per specifications.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Support in billing, rate analysis, and reconciliation of quantities.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, drawings, and project timelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in civil construction / site engineering (Freshers can apply).
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, quantity surveying, and basic site management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) is mandatory.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
