About the Role
We are looking for a creative AI Video Editor & YouTube Content Intern who already has experience using AI-powered content creation tools and preferably has access to relevant AI tools or subscriptions.
You will help us create engaging Bible chapter videos, Christian storytelling videos, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
The ideal candidate should be able to take a script and transform it into a complete, engaging video using a combination of AI tools and video editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert scripts into engaging long-form YouTube videos.
- Create cinematic Bible and Christian storytelling videos using AI tools.
- Edit YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Generate or source suitable AI visuals, images, video clips, voiceovers, and background elements.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, background music, and sound effects.
- Create engaging thumbnails using AI and design tools.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Assist with YouTube titles, descriptions, hashtags, and basic SEO.
- Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling style across the channel.
Essential Requirement: AI Tools
The candidate must already have hands-on experience with AI content creation tools.
Experience with some of the following tools is preferred:
- Google Gemini
- ChatGPT
- CapCut
- Canva
- ElevenLabs or other AI voiceover tools
- AI image generation tools
- AI video generation tools
- Other AI tools for creating visuals, animations, voiceovers, and video content
Preference will be given to candidates who already have access to paid AI tools or subscriptions that they actively use for content creation.

Required Skills
- Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, or similar software.
- Experience creating YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube videos.
- AI-assisted video and image creation.
- Caption and subtitle editing.
- Basic thumbnail design.
- Understanding of YouTube audience retention and storytelling.
- Ability to follow scripts and meet deadlines.

Salary
₹9,000–₹11,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and access to relevant AI tools.
Performance-based growth and a long-term opportunity may be available.

Practical Test
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to create a 30–60 second sample video from a script provided by us.
The sample should demonstrate:

- Video editing
- Captions
- Background music
- Storytelling and pacing
Please note: Candidates who can independently create complete videos using AI tools will be given preference.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
