Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer vehicles for service or accident repairs by understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customer vehicles and understand service/repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards in DMS and explain estimated cost and delivery time.
- Coordinate with technicians for service or bodyshop repairs.
- Update customers on repair status and obtain approval for additional work.
- Handle insurance documentation for accident repair cases.
- Ensure final inspection, billing explanation, and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow company procedures.
Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
