Job Title: Production Manager – uPVC & Aluminium Doors and Windows
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing of uPVC and Aluminium Doors and Windows.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar Production Manager role in the uPVC and Aluminium Doors & Windows industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, fabrication processes, and assembly operations of uPVC and Aluminium doors and windows.
- Experience in managing factory operations, production teams, and achieving production targets.
- Ability to monitor productivity, quality standards, and on-time delivery schedules.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production reporting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Monitor manpower utilisation and production efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with proven experience exclusively in the uPVC and Aluminium Doors & Windows manufacturing industry will be given preference.
