HR & Admin Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to manage HR operations and office administration effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Implement HR policies and employee engagement activities.
- Manage office administration, vendors, and facilities.
- Support performance management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and admin roles.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
