Job Summary
We are looking for a SAP Business One Functional Coordinator responsible between business users and the technical team for the effective implementation customization and maintenance of the**SAP Business One ERP system. The candidate will ensure smooth business operations by supporting SAP B1 modules, resolving user issues, and optimizing system processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand business requirement and translate them into functional specification in SAP Business One.
- Provide functional support for SAP B1 modules such as:
- Finance & Accounting
- Sales & Distribution
- Purchasing
- Inventory/Warehouse Management
- Production/MRP
- Project management
- Manage daily system operations and resolve user issues related to SAP B1.
- Coordinate with SAP implementation partners and technical consultants for system improvement and troubleshooting.
- Monitor data accuracy, reports, and system transactions with in SAP B1.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals or SOPs.
- Assist management in generating MIS reports and business analytics through SAP B1.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and testing of new functionalities.
- Ensure proper documentation of system change sand processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within SAP.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
Certification or training in SAP Business One will be an advantage.
Experience
2–5years of experience in SAP B1 functional support or coordination role.
Experience in manufacturing,or project-based organizations preferred.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules and business processes.
Good understanding of accounting and inventory management.
Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Ability to train users and manage ERP change processes.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of SQL queries and data base structure.
Experience with SAP B1 add-ons and integration tools.
Experience in ERP implementation projects.
