Job Title: Restaurant Captain
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Captain to oversee the daily operations of our dining area, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should be organized, approachable, and able to lead a team efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and support personnel.
- Ensure timely and accurate service of food and beverages to guests.
- Greet and interact with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Monitor dining area to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper setup.
- Train and mentor staff in service standards, table handling, and customer interaction.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow during peak hours.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.
- Monitor inventory of tableware, cutlery, and service items, reporting shortages to management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, café, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience in high-volume dining environments.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,994.52 per month
