Responsibilities:
Assemble valves, actuators, and associated components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly procedures
Perform inspection and measurement using gauges, verniers, and measuring instruments
Operate testing rigs to conduct hydrostatic, pneumatic, flow, and high-pressure seat leak tests.
Fit together valve bodies, actuators, seals, and sub-assemblies using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and torque wrenches
Dismantle, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning valves or faulty assemblies.
Ensure proper fitment, alignment, and torque during assembly
Identify and report defects, damages, or non-conformance issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area (5S practices)
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during all operations
Coordinate with quality and production teams to meet targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or relevant field
Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and tools
Ability to read engineering drawings
Familiarity with measuring instruments
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Basic knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
