Key Responsibilities:
- Perform IQC (Incoming Quality Control) for electronic components and raw materials
- Monitor PQC (Process Quality Control) during production/assembly lines
- Conduct OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) before dispatch
- Ensure compliance with QMS standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
- Use 7 QC Tools (Pareto, Fishbone, Control Chart, etc.) for defect analysis and improvement
- Inspect and test cables, chargers, and electronic assemblies
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical
- 1–4 years experience in electronics manufacturing quality
- Knowledge of IQC, PQC, OQC, QMS, and 7 QC tools
- Experience in cable/charger testing preferred
