AKASH STEEL CRAFTS is a leading stainless steel pipe manufacturing company committed to quality, precision, and timely delivery. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales and production coordination process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Sales Team and Production Department for smooth order execution
- Prepare and manage sales orders, proforma invoices, and quotations
- Maintain and update customer records in Google Sheets
- Follow up with customers for payments, dispatch schedules, and documentation
- Track order status from inquiry to dispatch
- Handle telephonic and email communication with clients (English & Hindi)
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Support dispatch and logistics coordination when required
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good coordination and problem-solving ability
- Prior experience in steel/pipe/flanges/fittings industry preferred
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred
