JOB DESCRIPTION — STAFF NURSES
- Provides compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assisting in the admission and discharge procedure.
- Monitor patient vital signs, observe for any changes in condition, and report findings to the appropriate personnel
- Administer oral medicines / Injections as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Recording of medicine and injection given
- Perform procedures including Cannulation, phlebotomy procedure, Catheterization, Ryle's tube insertion, Sterile dressing, mouth care, Catheter care, tracheostomy care, and monitor vital signs.
- Assist physicians during rounds and procedures
- Handing over and taking charge of the shift
- Pre- operative and post-operative patient care
- Prepares equipment and assists physicians during examinations and treatments
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Maintains confidentiality of patient records
- Keeping the ward clean and neat
- Oversee and guide the work of other nursing and supporting staff.
- Educate patients and their families about their health condition, treatment plans, and self-care strategies
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the department
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
